Looking to move to canada and trying to find the best part to raise a family with reasonable rent

You must mean the best city in Canada to move to, but it isn't that easy to just get up and move to a foreign country, which Canada is from any other Country.
You won't find reasonable rent; eveywhere is expensive.
Have you actually looked at a map of Canada to see how far apart all major cities are from the east coast to the west coast?

You need to do some homework on two different issues:
Which category are you eligible? (as immigrant), and...
What would be your occupation? This will guide you to certain area which will make it easier to find the right answer.

Have you checked the Canada immigration website? You will need to prove that you have a job skill.
I do think that the Toronto area is extremely expensive, from what I see on TV.
Vancouver has become popular, and that means expensive.
Of course Canada has vast areas of low population where it's cheaper to live, but jobs will be harder to find and lower paying.
This is true in many/most countries.
