Any help would be appreciated with this one...

Middle-aged husband and wife are in dining room celebrating the husband's retirement. The wife has always wanted to see Europe and the husband is finally taking her. Once over there, the wife quickly becomes accustomed to the parties, lavish hotel rooms, and all the glamour -- while the husband prefers a more quite lifestyle. The wife eventually tires of the husband trying to get her to return home with him and runs away with a much younger Count (I think, royalty of some sort). The husband then decides he will have his own vacation, rents a villa in Italy (I think) and fishes and stays inside to read, etc -- all the things he enjoys. Eventually meets a lovely lady who's perfect for him, but nothing happens as yet. Meanwhile, the Count's mother recognizes the Wife for what she is and refuses to allow her son to marry such a woman. She runs back to her Husband who almost accepts her back... but then returns to his villa and the woman he met.

Sound familiar to anyone? I thought it was Mr. Dodd's Vacation, but apparently that's incorrect. Thanks so much!
