Have ice up coils tested bimetal an heater all ckecks check OK need to replace defrost control not sure how located under ref light ?

I have a kitchenaid refrig model krsp25fnss00. The evap. Coil keep iceing up , I check the heater coil, it's OK replace the bimetal . Still have the same problem... What next.?
