Trying to find out the name of a movie that was made and seen back in the mid 90's on late night HBO or Cinemax. A teenage boy falls in love and has an affair with a short blonde haired late 30's or early 40's wife that lives in his apartment complex. Her husband is a loud,abusive crook. The movie may have had Red in the title, but I'm not real sure.
