My husband has violated his probation in another county for having a control substance he is going for a revacation on next week and what he is originally on probation for is totally different from what he got into trouble for he has been in jail for 3 months on this hold and has became trust worthy to the guards and staff there and has not got into any trouble while being held what is more likely to happen to him

Depends on the reason for probation, the reason for violation and even the judge you get assigned to, and recommendations of PO.

Did you rob a bank as a violation, Miss a meeting? Dirty urine?

His relationship with guards mean nothing and will not even be part of the hearing, not related to issues. He should have hired an attorney, so what is attorney saying?

Also how much drugs and what type, for use or for selling, all makes a difference.

Also the fact he was held for 4 months is strange, normally it is never over a about 6 weeks for a hearing, so is this more serious than you are mentioning? Also what was the charge he was on probation for.

Just not enough information to even guess.

Nothing like that it was stated that they found cocaine on his semi which my husband stated I have been driving semi for over 20 years I would never make that mistake but he also had a passenger with him that was not charged?? Really don't know why if no one claims usually both are charged but anyway that's how things go down these days I just want them to say what he is against and that is my question what is the worst case for him??

I am metioning just the way it was told it is nothing I need to leave out because I do not know the law so what I am stating came from the da of the other county my lawyer and my husband po my degree is health care not law of criminal although I all most took it up I feel I could have done well but any way back on the subject this is really out of charter even though my husband faces the charges the law is the law and everyone including you and myself is innocent until proving guilty I though I would ask some one who had knowledge of the situation but I really did not get an direct answer which is what I am facing from everyone else but god has the last say so and if unjustice play any part it will work itself out thanks good day...
