I have been going through a rough time recently because my husband has been cheating on me and Im not sure what to do. We have been together sense I was 12 for 10 years. I have never been with another man and he with another girl or so I thought. After some very complicated circumtances where a stocker type person tried to tell me my husband was a cheater he told me for himself that he has been sleeping with a friend. She knew we were married and still slept with him not caring at all about our marriage. I really want to get back at her now and him for that matter but I don't know how. We have only been married for 9 months and he has been sleeping with her for at least 7 of those. Maybe even before that also. I need some advise and Im not sure where else to turn. Do I get back at this girl and him or walk away from 10 years and 9 months of marriage and not fight for it?

If you seek revenge against the other woman you are making mistakes on several levels. She didn't lie to you and betray you. He did. Why are you angry with her? She didn't break any vows. He did. I never understand why the wife is angry at the other woman but not the husband.

I would worry less about leaving a 10 year relationship/marriage and more about why he had the affair.
