For some reason, if I go to the beach or something and go swimming, my hair will get really frizzy as it dries. And its kind of annoying. It goes away after a few hours but I want to know if theirs a way to prevent it from happening at all.

I have curly hair. If I apply conditioner when I get to the beach, it keeps it from becoming frizzy.
