Hello,
Im 22 years married female. This month had unprotected sex many times. My periods are late.I got my last period on 12th of Feb. Its 26th today and I still did not get my periods. Did pregnancy test on 14th and 18th and both showed a negative. When I got married in June last year, I did not get my periods for three months. The doctor diagnosed a hormonal imbalance and gave medication and I have been getting periods regularly for the past four months.
Iam worried. Is the period delayed because of pregnancy or stress? I want to get pregnant. I feel constipated at nights, a lot of white discharge, occasionally my lower abdomen seems to cramp very slightly, since two days I think my head seems a little dizzy too. The last two symptoms are quite faint, like they might be psychological.
Please help me. Suggest me what to do. Iam worried. I hope there is no fertility problem..

Only a Physician can tell you whether you have fertility problems. Ask your Pharmacist to recommend a HPT and use it according to the directions.

We cannot diagnose pregnancy and fertility problems over the Internet.

I have been to the doctor n she told me to wait for a month to see if I get my periods then. As for now, she told me to wait.
Im on the borderline. Neither is my pregnancy being confirmed nor I'm getting my periods.
Is there any sure shot way to determine pregnancy?

Your doctor would be performing blood work if it was warranted. If she told you to wait, then you need to follow her directions.

Hello,
Is there any sure shot way to detect pregnancy?
My periods are 27 days late. I took three pregnancy tests. All negative. I want to get an appointment with my GP for a blood test. But I read that blood tests are also not 100% accurate.
Do the NHS perform an Ultrasound scan in the UK? What procedure will I have to follow and how much will I have to pay for it?

Exactly what point of the day are you taking these home pregnancy tests?

This is a serious question.

The first thing in the morning.
I took one on 14th, then 21st and then 29th of March.

Ok... you would be surprised at the number of women that think you can take them at just any time. That's why I had to ask.

When have you last visted a Gynecologist? You might have some other problem other than a pregnancy.

How old are you?

Visited a doctor on 21st of March where the second pregnancy test turned negative. She told me to wait for another month and see if I get my periods. And now the date for my next period is approaching and I'm very worried..
I am 22. Married and have been having unprotected sex for two months now. My periods were regular and they stopped right from the time we started having unprotected sex.
I had this problem of periods getting delayed in June last year for three months when I was living in India. There they diagnosed it as a hormonal imbalance and gave medicines after wchich the periods continured normal too... then I don't understand what happened now..
I'm new to this country. Please let me know if there's a sure way to detect pregnancy. I think I have noticed the doctors donot take your case that seriously here.. I'm worried

If you are a month late... and actually pregnant.. the home pregnancy tests are very accurate.

Keep in mind.. this is an international site.. and most people aren't in the UK... I for example am in the USA... others Canada... etc.

I was wondering if you were diagnoese for ovarian cycts or anyhting similar to that.

Hormonal problems can very well cause the problems you are experiencing... the key is finding what the cause of the imbalances are.

No,my ovaries are normal. Got an ultrasound done once in India recently where it showed they're normal.
Might be hormonal imbalance then ?
Could be anxiety stress. March was the first month we decided to start family n so maybe I got over excited...

Lots of things can cause irregularities... stress is just one of them.
