There is a 3 year boy that hits and kicks a 2 year girl.
These children do not associate themselves with other children..
Of course the boy gets corrected , this is not a way to behave.

Is this a inborn thing or what?

You're a pastor and are asking this?

I do hope the boy is not being slapped or spanked ("the boy gets corrected"), thereby showing him that big people can hit harder than little people can. (Hmmm, and that is exactly what he is doing with the smaller child.) Maybe he is only doing what he is being taught?

Pastor, I'm going to be very frank. You have posted 272 questions on AMHD. I don't see that you've ever answered a question someone else asked.

I don't understand how your Church operates. It seems your members ask you and you ask "us."

I don't think AMHD should be a one-way street.

Kids are sponges, they learn from what happens around them and soak it all up. If he's hitting, it's likely because he's being hit.

Hello pastor,

He learns to hit because that's how his parents solve their problems.
