I have similar problem but this fix was not this problem, any other thoughts?

Hi,
I moved your post since you attached it to one that was going on four years old and had other replies from about three years ago.
The obvious ting I would say since you say it is not the key, is that it is a broken belt. You have given little info to go on; my reply is longer.
