I am 36 weeks 2 days pregnant with baby number 3 which is through IVF. Went to dr appointment 6 days ago and was 1cm dilated and baby was pretty low, head down. Have had snotty looking discharge for weeks and now a lot of pressure. I get sharp pains periodically from my belly button down. My stomach is really hard and causing a ton of pressure in lower abdomen. My first 2 children were 16 and 18 days early. Just wondering if I should be concerned or plan for delivery soon. Don't remember any of this with my first 2.

There's really no way to even guess when your baby will come. Your doctor can't even give you an accurate guess. I can only say that you're in the home stretch. :)
