For a few weeks I've had abdominal pains. My period was due 2 days ago no sign. And I got a negative result. My breast hurt a few weeks ago and now they hurt under my arm pits. These pains don't feel like period pains and sometimes can be quite painful they do ease. My tummy is really rumbly. And I went to the doctors with my concern and I have no infection when my urine was tested. Its starting to become very stressful and getting worse with worry. I am urinating loads. Hense why I thought I had a water infection. Could someone please help?

Did the doctor do any bloodwork?
