I was arrested in August of 2012 for possession , was given soberity for over 45 min I had perscription drugs that were percribed to myself my own precriptions the officer was convinced I was under the influnce of vicidon, or xannax which is my percribed medications. He then arrested me took me to the hosiptal for a blood test, iwas told if I didn't cooperate I could be found guilty for incompliance with an officer. I later bailed out went to court on aug 15 2012 they said the da decided not to file and to thank my lucky stars and scram. Now Tuesday march 19 2013 I received a warrant in the mail for my immedent arrest for possision with intent to sell dui and possession of hand written percription drugs

Then what you need to do is hire a lawyer... you are going to need one.

Incidentally... you don't have to be drunk to get a DUI... it means driving under the influence... and yes you CAN get busted for driving under the influence of prescribed medications...

But it sounds like they found out those prescriptions weren't issued by the doctor whoes name is on them...

Like I said... you NEED to hire a lawyer... a good one, and you need them now before they come pick you up.
