We need some more information to help you. First, we need to know why the child was placed in temporary foster care. We also need to know what state you are in (if you are in the US) or if outside of the US, what country you are in.
Generally when a child is removed from the mother so young, there is something going on like drug addiction, crimal behaviors or some other factor that leads the authorities to believe that the mother is not fit to parent the child at this time.
You can probably get the child back but it would require that you follow through reliably on everything you are instructed to do and resolve the reasons you lost physical custody to begin with. Can you tell us what those reasons are and what you are doing about it presently?
What is your age and living arrangement?

Ok, When you placed her, you were probably assigned a case worker. You need to talk to that case worker or someone at the agency that placed her. They will explain what you have to do to get her back.
I will say that despite her not being planned, you had probably about 6 months in which to prepare for her. Yet you didn't and that's why you had to have her placed. Now in only 6 weeks you have been able to prepare? The agency is going to be as skeptical as I am. You will need to prove them you are ready, willing and able to be a good parent.
