I received an honorable discharge from the us army for the period of 78-86reenlisted 86 and got an other than honorable discharge for the period of 86-88 am I entitled to va benefits for the period of 78-86. Or does the last discharge disqualify me for va benefits. Is there any va regulations to verifiy my status?
