My LG Monitor Tv Has got a white screen with the code V3.19.0 scrolling across the top of the screen. I can't turn the monitor off with the power button. I have to turn the power off at the wall switch. If I hold onto the menu button for about 8-10 seconds and then it pops up with TV C01 for a few seconds and then goes back to the scrolling message.
