Since December of 2012. I've had hormonal imbalance problems. I was bleeding for 18-20 days a month. In times when there was no bleeding, I had unprotected sex with my boyfrend. I wasn't suspecting anything until a week ago when I noticed a little bump in lower belly. At that time, when I was laying down, bump disappeared. Just to be sure, I took home pregnancy test, and it was negative. Today, I noticed that bump has gotten slightly bigger. Two or three weeks ago I started feeling very bloated, and my whole stomach is ridiculously big. From my calculations, I could be 7 weeks pregnant now. Except bloating and that little bump, I think that my boobs has gotten bigger. No other signs. Thing that is bothering me more than negative pregnancy test is that I was bleeding first 18 days, and now 5 days in those 7 weeks. Interesting thing is that I don't have usually menstrual cramps nor cloths during bleeding. So, can anyone relate to this, and help me a little bit before I see a doctor?

Nobody can really determine anything from this explanation except that you need to see a doctor. You might be pregnant, you might not. Your hormonal imbalance could be related to conditions that can also cause the bleeding and can cause weight gain and other symptoms that could mimic some symptoms of pregnancy. For example, polycystic ovary syndrom can cause hormonal imbalance, irregular periods and weight gain. So can endometriosis.

In any event, whether you're pregnant or not, you need medical care to resolve whatever problems you have. You also need birth control if you're going to continue to have sex, unless you are ready for children. Since you describe this person as your boyfriend, I would guess not.
