On last 3rd 2012, I took $300 from my work but on camera they only accounted for $200 taken... It had been almost a year now and on Monday March 18th I received a summons for king county district court... This is my first ever criminal offense besides traffic violations... What are my chances of avoiding jail time and keeping it off record?

How do you get three first ever offenses? Two of those are going to be the second and third offense
