My last period started on 2/27/13. I really don't keep up with ovulation times but I think I ovulated between the 9th through the 15th. My finance and I have unprotected sex and use the pull out method. However on the 8th he did not pull out when we had sex. I started spotting a light pink discharge on the 15th and it lasted until yesterday the 16th. It wasn't heavy at all and it wasn't a constant thing. Mostly I noticed it when I wiped. I had a few drops on my underwear. I have had cramping in my lower back and abdomen. It almost feels like menstrual cramps. Its uncomfortable but not horrible. I usually have HORRIBLE cramps and very heavy bleeding with my period. My next period isn't until the 27th of March. My breast are very tender. Especially my nipples and they feel a little fuller and tingly. This past week I have been extremely exhausted. I could sleep all day if I didn't have to work. I have had a little nausea but its mostly when I feel hungry. I do feel like Ive been more hungry this last week too. I took a HPT this morning when I woke up and it was negative. Its about 10 days before my period is due to start. Is it possible I could be pregnant. I have never had this spotting before my period unless its like the day before Im supposed to start but definitely not 10 days before.

PMS and early pregnancy are easily confused.
