Suspect runs up to somebody holding a piece of evidence and grabs it before it is handed over to police. It had the suspect's prints on it before he grabbed it. But since he grabbed it before it made it to police it would be inadmissible. Funny scene I thought.

Final Analysis (1992). Richard Gere was the guy who had to grab the evidence (a barbell) before Kim Basinger could hand it to the police. She was trying to frame him for a murder she committed.
