Here is an open chord version: GuitareTab (http://www.guitaretab.com/m/madonna/10940.html), with the capo at the fourth fret. Probably, learned it from watching this video of Madonna (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyBfukth2wY) playing it with first position chords using a capo at the fourth fret.

These versions have barre chords, which are generally difficult for beginners: YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGnpisOQhp4) and a chart (http://www.e-chords.com/chords/alizee/la-isla-bonita).

On this YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=jcjycfwYYg0), the dude is playing the song with mostly first position chords. He is playing an F major chord, which is a barre chord.
