The ceiling has one white and one orange wire. My new light fixture has black white yellow and a second white one with a almost fabric covering. Which do I connect? Thank you

White to white, orange to black, and the stripy one is probably the ground, which connects to either a bare copper in the box or attaches to the box. Your directions will tell you what the stripped wire is. If you send a picture we'll be able to tell for certain.
