I need to lose weight. So I used to be 115 pounds but now I'm at 135 I'm feeling pretty fat. I need some tips on how to lose weight fast please. When I got down to 115 I didn't even do anything to lose the weight. I didn't change eating habits or I barely even exercised. So really I don't know how I got to 115 but I want to be back at that and now I'm trying my hardest I'm exercising and eating better but I'm not losing anything. So can someone please give me some tips it would be very appreciated.

You say that you're eating better. What exactly are you eating? How often do you exercise?

Well I cut out french fries, soda, fried foods, cheese, and some breads and I also work out 30 minutes to an hour a day.

How long have you been following this new diet and exercise program?

Well the exercising I have been doing for at least a month and I started cutting out those foods like a week ago. Shouldn't I at least be seeing some results here?

Exercise alone doesn't usually make you lose weight. Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so it very well could be that even though you haven't lost any actual pounds, you are getting more toned and fit by exercising.

Diet doesn't work instantly. Most people lose around 2 pounds a week (that's the healthy amount to lose) when eating healthier. So, at the most, after only a week of cutting out fatty foods, you could expect to lose around 2 pounds.

You will likely see results, it just won't be instant, and at this point it's way too soon to assume that what you're doing isn't working.

Keep at it, give yourself a few months. If you don't see any results then, than you may want to consult a dietician.

Good luck.
