You're 15. We're pretty strict on this site too. We won't give sexual advice of any kind to anyone under the age of 18. Rules are rules.
We can give you advice though, and my advice to you would be to wait until you're old enough that you don't have to sneak around in order to have sex.

80% is a B-. You need to focus more on school! Are you planning on attending college?

I heard that you have to have a 95 average or higher before you can have sex at 16. Of course, if your grades are that good, you would be too smart to have sex because you would know that sex = baby. And you would also be smart enough to know that the last thing you need at 16 is a baby. Oh, and condoms and pulling out and holding your breath and whatever else you use for protection won't be enough. Mother Nature will find you.

So at 15 your boyfriend wishes to be a criminal ( in most places it is illegal to have sex at 15)

NO ONE should engage in sexual intercourse unless they are physically, mentally and financially prepared to have a child. You fail on all three. No form of contraception is 100% effective, so engaging in sexual intercourse risks pregnancy.
At 15 your body is still developing and pregnancy could be dangerous to your health. Even at 16 you may be under the age of consent, so your boyfriend would be risking a criminal charge as a sex offender. At your ages, there is no way you are financially ready for a child. And the fact that you want to sneak around behind your parent's backs, especially with your grades, shows you aren't emotionally prepared.
Sex is not recreation. Its something that is shared between people in a long term committed relationship, not a couple who just "like each other".

Just because you get good points doesn't mean you can misuse your freedom. Wait till you get 18, focus on studies, this is age of learning and achieving your dreams. Or else you will end like many others.
