It's been4 weeks since I had unprotected sex I've been feeling very run down belly is hurting every now and then my nipples are very saw and fragile to touch I've been feeling so tired an I've been getting huge head aches recently I should have been on my period 2 days ago, I know it's only to days. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and both of them said negative. Why do I feel pregnant if the tests say negative ?

You are only 2 days late. In the medical field that is not even considered late. For the tests to be most accurate you need to be around 2 weeks late and take the test using first morning urine.
Pregnancy symptoms and premenstrual symptoms can be identical. Now you are playing thexwaiting game and have to wait two more weeks.

Yes, two days is not even considered late, and at 2 days late there are no real signs, most of what you said, just sounds like a period getting ready to start.
But the tests would be negative at this point normally. As noted you will need to wait till you are at least 14 days past due, and then test with the first urine of the day as soon as you wake up for best results

Okay so I came on my period this morning, so I thought, sorry to sound disgusting but my period was quite heavy this morning and in the day it's changed to just tiny dribbles not even that what does that mean? Thank you

I'm sorry to say that it simply means you are on your period. Not all periods are exactly the same month after month.
