I have an etching not on paper, but on some type of resin, it is engraved in beautiful detail from the "Fables of Fontaine" titled "the fishes and the shepherd who plays flute" by Gustave Dore' it is a thick resin at least 1/4 of an inch. With hangers molded into the back. It almost looks like you could ink it up and make a print, but I don't think that is the purpose of this piece. Can you tell me what it is and its value?. thank you (1st timer)

You will have to have it appraised by a professional. Value can only be determined by several visual topics.
