Im not a religious person,but I have seen things like ghosts maybe and I have also experienced sleep poralyisis when I felt paralylised but could only move my eyes and thought I could hear my nan saying my name,she has been dead a few years this happenend to me a few years ago.
But last year I went in a church not sure what type but my nan and grandad were re newing their wedding vows,half way through the service I got a really strange feeling like something was trying to make me leave the church like it didn't want me there at all,but I stayed in the there until it had finished and was fine after that.
What does anyone think this could be?

Sleep poralyisis has nothing to do with Ghosts or even paranormal, it is a physcial condition that happens to some people once in a while.

Wanting to leave the church? Your subconscience because you are not religious and did not really want to be there.

I don't see anything you mentioned that makes it even close to a possession.

Sleep paralysis is absolutely bonafide. When we go to sleep, our brain shuts down our muscles, otherwise our arms and legs would be going all the time.

When we are startled awake our muscles, at times, remain frozen. It is an unnatural, scary situation, and nothing paranormal about it. It may happen to a person once in a lifetime. It has happened to and I was terrified only able to move my eyes. The only thing that was going through my mind at the time was that there was something in the room with meI couldn't look at.

Until several years later I was told a perfectly plausible scientific explanation.

Sleep paralysis is very scary, I have had it happen to me also, but again it is medical, nothing else
