I always get nauseous for no reason, and it's been going on for a while. There is NO way that I'm pregnant because I'm a virgin, so that's one answer taken out. It always happens at the worst of times, and sometimes I get a migraine to boot. I don't have time to see a doctor and I have nowhere else to look for an answer.

Migraines and other medical conditions can cause nausea. Find the time to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Nauseated. Nauseous means that you're causing someone to become Nauseated. IE, Nauseous fumes from a chemical plant.
Some terms get thrown around as well that don't necessarily mean what you think they mean. My sister would get Migraines that had the gastrointestinal, visual, and pain signatures of a migraine, not just a really bad headache. Are you seeing auras? Light sensitive? A list of symptoms can be found on the Mayo Clinc (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/migraine-headache/DS00120/DSECTION=symptoms) site.
If you have time to look up and ask online, then you have time to go. If you're nauseated and experiencing Migraines, then you have time to go to the doctor. They'll figure out what is going on.
