Can I return the car to the dealer if bill of sale I got from him by mistake is from the different company than stated on the title?

Your question is a bit unclear. You got a Chevy and it says Ford? Wrong finance company? Wrong dealer?

The dealership may operate under a corporation. The Bill of sale would specify the corporation-not the dealership. Call them to find out. Why would you think you could return the car? You have a bill of sale and a title with the name of... OH,, is it a purchase with a loan or a lease? It could be the name of the actual leasing company.
