Old comedy movie (80's or early 90's). A white man wins on a slot machine but while celebrating something falls on his head and he is unconscious. So he is in the hospital, but someone wants him dead and a little black kid saves him (because the kid thinks the man is a Genie because he gave him his wrist watch). The kid is dragging a metal watering can because he thinks the genie is from there.
