My fiancé got out in March 2012 after 92 days for absconding parole and took a felony probation suspended sentence for a DV charge (PC 273.5). So he was released on felony probation and parole. He was ordered to DV classes, restitution and must be employed. Well, he was working from April-December, was laid off because of lack of work and his cousin couldn't afford to have him live there anymore so he basically was going from place to place, some places 35 mi away from PO. So he lost contact with PO and a warrant was issued January 22 and he was arrested March 5. Does he have a chance to be reinstated after serving the violation time since he was doing classes, paying and checking in clean?

Probably not as a repeat offender... but that's up to the DA, the PO and the presiding judge what they push for and what he gets.

He spoke to a parole agent that came into the county jail he's at for some interview and the parole agent told him if he was his agent he'd give him 30 days because he was abiding by the terms and conditions, just lost contact tge past 2 months. He has no previous dv or violent felonies and this is first violation. What about the realignment act in California?

I'm not familiar with that act so someone else is going to have to comment on it.
