You know for a fact that he still loves you? How do you know this?

To be honest, I would bet that he has found someone else where he is now. He was trying to let you go but you kept pushing it so he did what he's doing now. He didn't want to come right out and tell you it was over, he wanted to let you down easy to avoid the guilt... but you can pretty much figure that it is over.

I'm sorry this happened but at this point, be glad that you didn't invest too much time into this. Move on and find someone that will care about you the way you care about them.

After reading what I said, she decided to change the post to include less information about the guy... and of course, in turn get incorrect answers because of the lack of information now.

How much did you edit? This was way longer than what we have here now. He went off to Australia for 4 months... he cried... she cried... they talked... he stopped talking... did you remove all of that?
