I'm a male, 20 yrs old... havnt inserted my penis into any vagina till now ! But cannot deny that I haven't had foreplay.
Since 2 days I have observed a small bump on the shaft of my penis. Its is probably 2-3 mm in size and is not hard... it has a white spot at the top of it and pains when I touch it.
Im really worried as to what it could be. Could Someone please help me out ?

"Til now?" Not sure if you mean not yet, or not until just recently.
If you haven't had unprotected sex, then you just have one of countless pimples, irritations, ingrown hairs, water or fatty cysts, or whitehead/blackheads, or just 'bumps' that may or may not go away, and even a specialist won't bother to try to identify because they are so common. And women get them too... same reasons: moist tender skin hidden from light and air, rubbing against other skin and tight clothing.
I would guess you just have an ordinary pimple.
