My sister and I got into a domiestic and I'm on probation will I go to jail if she drops it?

I'm on probation and my sister and I got into a domestic and my probation officer said she was issuing a warrant for volation of probation. And my sister said she wasn't going to go to court. So will I still go to jail for the remaining of my probation?
