So I just had sex for the 1st time and I definitely blead after and then 2 days later we had sex again (not very long because I was bleeding again) and then 3 days later I have cramps and it feels like I'm on my period... he wore a condom and I'm on the every 3 months you get your period birth control is all this bleeding normal?

Bleeding is normal for some, especially if it was your first time. Many women bleed after intercourse, though not enough do that it is taught in sexual education. If there is no pain after sex and if the bleeding stops, then everything is normal. If there is prolonged pain afterwards then there may be an issue. Either way, ask him to be gentle and see if that makes much of a difference.
