Every time I post a video on YouTube I only get like 1 view per day. Everything else has like hundreds and thousands. I even seen a video that was recorded that day and it already got hundreds of views.

Tell your friends about it, post a link on Facebook, ask the people on your friend list to view it and post a link on their timeline. Unless your video is unique, it won't get hits unless you tell people about it.

I don't have a Facebook account and I don't like showing my videos to my friends.
Once, my friend saw my video he said it was horrible and I deleted it.

Then you'll have to hope that other people find it on their own. That's like putting a needle in a haystack, not telling anyone it's there, and hoping they'll find it.

Good luck.

If you got 3 friends to look at it, and they got 3 new people, and those each got 3, once an hour, and so on like that, how many would have seen it after 24 hours?

Copy that question under Math here and see what you get. But guess first under this thread.

Find the more popular tags and tag the video with them, create a witty description, make sure the thumbnail looks interesting (though I'm unsure of how to change that) and possibly do a bit of advertising on face book or another social networking site.

Nothing can guarantee thousands of hits, but proper tagging and interesting content can help.

To change the thumbnail go to pictures decorate it at powerpoint or something and save it. Then click edit thumnail and click on that picture. Thx!
