My boyfriend and I have been together six years and have a three year old daughter. I recently found out he was cheating on me for three months a year ago. He's been talking about getting married. I would really like to go to couples counseling and he really would not. Should I take that as he's not really sorry, or he simply isn't comfortable with it? And will I just get over this in time?

Depending on how long you have known he cheated a year ago, and how you found out about it likely you will get over it or can. Would you benefit you think by seeing a counsellor yourself?
