I am a 19 year old female. I work 30 hours a week. And go to school full time for 21 hours a week. I am in bio medical engineering so must I say classes are hardcore and very very hard. My job is very stressful. I work in a hardware store. Wherde I have to stay on top of everything. Including cashiers and floor people. I have no days off and no weekend between school and work. I run on 6 hours of sleep. Sometimes less. I am usually up from 6 am in the morning till 12 am at night. Sometimes later. My working hours include 10 hour shifts. Lately I've noticed I've been running out of energy. I've been doing this for about 4 years now with no vacations. Working and schooling. I just feel like I will faint in the middle of the street one day. I also noticed I've been very cranky and stressed out. Everyone around me has noticed that too

Nope... anything you take will be detrimental to your health.

Eat a properly balanced diet... and if that doesn't work... you will have to take a lighter workload.

There are no shortcuts... there are only 24 hours in a day.

I bet getting 7/8 hours sleep with regularity will change not only your energy levels, but emotional ones as well.
