Ok so my civic won't start. I was driving down the road and I ran over a railraod( car is lowered) and it quit right there. Its been about a month. I have set the timing, checked the fuel pump, the injectors, I've changed the spark plugs. I have put 2a reman dizzys on there. Im getting spark I'm getting fuel and I'm getting air plus timing is set. Why is my car not starting?

I would Physically look under the car for visible damage.
If you have Compression, Correct fuel pressure, and Spark timed correctly, it should run?

If the CEL consistently comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then focus on the distributor. Over 50% of new aftermarket and remanufactured distributors for Hondas have not worked at AMHD. I would install a new Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil in a new genuine Honda distributor housing. Aftermarket ICMs and coils have been fine--it's only aftermarket distributor housings that have been problematic. They have problems with the internal sensors (CKP, TDC, and CYL) working properly.
