I recently started cutting because it makes me feel a bit better whenever I'm sad or depressed which is almost always. My friends that know keep on telling me to stop but I can't. I tried the butterfly project and I didn't cut for a day but the next day I went buts and started cutting again. I just always feel so depressed and cutting really helps but I want to stop, feel normal and happy again but I can't. Please help?
