I have a 6000 credit card judgement and made payment arangements but the firm I called my payments into did not take them out of my acct.I called and left a message saying the fee was not deducted from my acct. I never heard back I fell behind in payments and just received a writ of execution. What do I do now?

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

I'm a little confused, you say you had a payment settlement agreement, but the firm you had the arrangement with didn't do their part? Was this agreement in writing? Can you prove they didn't do their part?

Move to quash the writ of execution and for entry of a partial satisfaction of judgment. Attach proof of payment. Ask for an expedited hearing so that the writ can be quashed before levy can take place. The writ should be modified to reduce the amount still outstanding. But if you still owe something they probably can still execute because, as I understand it, you failed to live up to the payment arrangement you made.
