She is 10 weeks old and has been fine everyday though today she is very restless and hasn't really eaten today I put her down and she just laid where I put her down her breathing is fine it just seems like something is wrong

Your l0 week old furbaby could have many symptoms and we can't diagnose here on the internet. She is too young to know what is wrong except from a vet diagnosis.

How long have you had her home with you? Young pups sleep a lot, that is how an when they grow and become strong. In the case of a healthy pup that has a good breeding record (bought from a breeder with good credentials) this would be construed as being in a new home, adjusting and you do have a baby there so you can understand that, I hope. Or, if you bought her from a pet shop, a backyard breeder, it makes a different healthwise.

You say her breathing is fine, that is a good sign. Has she been drinking, and what is she eating ?
