I had my back door opened in a parking lot and my car was not running. I was putting my baby in the back seat and the car in the parking space beside me started their vehicle and pulled out from the space veering to the right hit my open back door. We both have allstate and they are saying its 60% my fault. Is this right?

Whether it's right or not really doesn't matter - if that's what Allstate says, that's how the claim will be paid.

Were there injuries? If that is the case, then whether this is "right" will matter - a lot.
