Does anyone out there feel like this or maybe know how to help treat it?
I feel drained of energy all the time and now getting headaches when I stand up also lightheaded at the same time and my body feels like its going to shut down on me. My body goes weak like I can't lift anything or able to support my own weight when I do push ups. I will be seeing a doctor about this but I like to get some advice encase I'm just wasting the doctors time and I'm scared there going to subscribe me median when I'm already taking ibuprofen for back pain and also penicillin for tonsillitis and I don't like taking all though drugs at the minute I don't want to be on more... I am drinking loads of water and eating well and also exercising (I play for a rugby team) I have never felt so weak in my life and I don't like the feeling as I'm a very active person and I like getting out.
Be much apprcitated if someone could give me ideas on what I can do to stop my body feeling like that I do give it loads of time to rest but scared on pushing myself as I have nearly blacked out although that was in the shower...
