Ive broken my scaphoid bone and in plaster for 8 weeks. How loose should my cast be? Coz it feels like if I put force in I could pull it off and I can move my wrist in it. Also I can put my other hand in and touch the injured part of my hand.

Hi Staceyjo
If you work hard enough you can almost always get your fingers into a cast, so I would advise you NOT to do that anymore!
Here, a "short arm cast" is present to immobilize and remind you that you have an injury and should protect it from motion/harm. In other words, you should be able to move your wrist a bit, but you shouldn't be able to pulll the cast off, for sure!
If you are in doubt, I would talk to your parents/friends and see what they think. It is certainly possible to see swelling of the wrist joint reduce and need to be recasted again... ;)
Good luck!
Mark
