I am 17. I'm in high school. I am also in dual enrollment. I'm in 11th grade. At the end of this year I will also be done with my first year of college. My best friend poured his heart out to me the other day. We've both fallen for each other in a way that I've never felt for another person before. Me and him have known each other for almost 2 years. We've been really great friends. He is turning 23 soon. We are both Christians. And we want no sexual activity. We are both waiting till marriage. We have fallen in love with each other. He's the first guy to actually care. I've always been put threw things and guys try to use me. He's the first guy I feel safe with. And I can tell him anything. Is it illegal?

Your use of the spelling "threw" instead of "through" makes me wonder about your age and whether you actually will finish your first year of college this year. However, DATING is not against the law unless your parents forbid it. Then he could be charged with custodial interference.

It is not illegal to date. You are almost an adult and the age difference is not too great at your ages. As long as your parents approve there should be no problem.
