Tennessee. My boyfriend recently got in trouble for theft under 500. He is now serving 75% of 60 days. He has been on probation for 2 years and this is his first time messing up. Before he turned himself in he met with the board of parole and they didn't violate him. So when he is to be released what will happen with his probation, he is suppose to be off it in April. Will he serve more time, or will they give me more probation time?

If they didn't/don't violate him nothing will happen.

I'm surprised that he wasn't violated with a theft charge pending.
