Hi I had protected sex with two condom on,1st the call girl did oral sex with the condoms on and then I had intercourse with her using the same condom, after that I changed the condom after ejaculation, but I doubt while changing the condom I might have touched my penis after removing the condom,I washed myself with a paper soap, then later after a while I tried again with again two condoms on,but I had problem with erection so did not complete the intercourse ,then she gave a hand job very vigorously but then too I did not come ,then finally I left from there, now after almost 3 weeks I started feeling pain in my penis, initially it was only on the head of the penis,I also had pain in my anus ,had irritation while urinating and bowel,I also sometimes felt cold in the evening, now these symptoms have kind of disappeared but now my testicles have started hurting really bad ,not all the time but on and off it pains very bad,I am also experiencing pain in my pelvic regions, especially near my left hip just above my groin,I am feeling dizzy as well from past 2 days, this pain in the testicle is comes and goes and it was paining really bad in evening I was at very discomfort ,my penis seems fine there is no discharge of any kind,I feel weakness in my leg joints and sometimes feel I am getting weak ,also I feel that I am sick from the inside,I am really worried, also I have thyroid and I have stopped medication from past 3-4 days, please help,I am scared because all this has happening after the intercourse, one more thing I am experiencing irritation in my throat and burning sensation as well in throat and in between chest, what do you think? please reply

You need to seek medical help for your aliments.

I don't see how the two are connected though.

Because I never faced problems in my testicles before this, and all this started happening to me after few weeks of intercourse

I agree with Craven on them not being related. And we can rule our pregnancy. Could be the mumps. Go see a doctor. And you probably should meet someone nice and not a call girl anymore.

I do but don't worry until you have something to worry about. It might be a flu bug or something.

If you're too scared to get tested, exactly what would you like us to be able to do for you? If you do have something, ignoring it isn't going to make it better.

I am going to get tested this coming Monday, but just can't get my head off this thing,so just wanted to know or get a general idea of what it could be,I mean if someone else has experienced something similar then they can help share it here.

It's almost impossible to say what it could be. We haven't tested you so guessing isn't something we can do.

I do agree odinn7 but from my question that I have posted,do you think that it could be anything related to std?? I know that getting tested is the only way to find out, which I am going to,but from your experience so far what do you think,I am not judging by anyway, but what's your take?

No, it doesn't sound like it's related. Not saying that it's not but if I'm guessing, I would say no.

I'm guessing an STD - and stopping thyroid medication doesn't help, either.

'also I have thyroid and I have stopped medication from past 3-4 days'

That is not very smart.
Actually you could be just suffering from fear of getting a disease from a prostitute, because so many of your complaints can't possibly be venereal. But have the tests, and report back.

My thoughts as well.

I am interested to see what the test results say.

There are many statements about all this on numerous websites. This one is supposed to be from Virginia Dept. of Health:

"How soon after exposure do symptoms appear?

HIV may cause symptoms any time from the time of infection up to 10 years later or even longer. This will vary from person to person. Many people confuse the length of time HIV takes before causing symptoms with the length of time it takes for the HIV antibody test to become positive which is 3-6 months after exposure. "

There are many other sites that say many other things. Check them out yourself. I just tried to find a source that might be reliable.
I think there is at least a slight possibility that you are stressed out and may be overreacting and should proceed as the Dr's instruct. The quoted information above says that it may not show up in bloodwork for 3 to 6 months. Hopefully the upcoming test will be negative and will calm some of your anxiety, but based on the above- you may have to be retested, at a later date. It sounds like it is too early for any physical symptoms such as those you have described to be showing up from HIV. Your Dr's should know if these could be related to any other sexually transmitted diseases, or even to flu, etc as mentioned. You will have to worry about this for a while. Spread the worry out--follow Dr orders, get tested and/or retested as they recommend-- know that you are doing all that you can do- and accept it.

The doctor didn't check for a urinary tract infection? Besides STD's, UTI's can cause pain in the genitals (especially when urinating), and pelvic pain. If untreated the infection can get into the kidneys. A UTI test is really easy. You just pee in a cup and the doctor usually gets the results in a few minutes.
I can understand being scared about getting STD's. Like you said, you touched the condom and then your penis.
I hope you don't have anything. And I hope this makes you more careful in the future. It's not worth it to go to a call girl, it's too big of a risk.
I hope you feel better soon. Go get the STD tests no matter how scared you are. Whatever is going on is going on whether you take the test or not! Not taking the test doesn't change the results. If you do have something then you can treat it and feel much better. And some STD's are curable. Good Luck, let us know the results.
And please take your thyroid medicine!
