If you mean to sell real esate there are specific state laws.
First you have to be a broker, and in TN that means workng as a agent for a broker a few years even before you can take the test for a broker.

So by the time you become one, you will havve a lot of the skills you need

I suggest contacting score.org. This is an association of retired company managers who volunteer their expertise to help startups. This medium is really not suited to such a broad question as you asked. Its better suited to specific Q&A.

Here's a turnkey solution, which will provide you with all the information including experts to show you how... and give you the ability to BE the Broker, having an entire team of agents under you... without BECOMING a broker and without having the administrative or legal limitations that a Broker has... check it out.

Your Own Real Estate Business (www.globalrealtyrevolution.com)

And this type of opportunity has opportunities to blow up your business and your income at any level... a green newbie that just past his test all the way to the seasoned Broker with 1000's of agents and offices!
