Hello,
I have a serious issue. I think I might be pregnant. I am 20 years old, a very petite girl. About a month ago I started having bad stomach pains, followed along with some nausea and a few headaches here and there. But I got my period as usual. I started with irregular periods but about 3 months ago started coming normally every month. Until this month, I didn't get my period. I have nausea sometimes at night only. I gained about 6 pounds, and my stomach seems to be a little on the round side. People have noticed also that my hips are getting wider. Me and my boyfriend stopped using condoms. But he pulls out every time we have sex so he couldn't have came inside of me. I am terrifed and need answers. I don't have insurance so I can't see a doctor. I also took 2 pregnancy test two weeks apart and they both rad negative. PLEASE HELP!!

You can't be too terrified if your only means of birth control is pulling out... that's ridiculous. Pull out is completely unreliable.

You've taken pregnancy tests but maybe it is too soon. You need to miss your period, wait about 2 weeks, and then do it first thing in the morning.

The history as explained makes no sense. You say that you got your periods regularly then said you haven't had them, so I have no idea what that means.

Your birth control method is very foolish. Pulling out is not effective in the least. Precum can make you pregnant. If you cannot afford to at least use a condom, you should not have sex. If you cannot afford medical care, you have no business risking pregnancy. It falls upon you to find available medical care that you can afford, whether through a state program or non-profit clinic, or by finding a better job which provides benefits, before you become sexually active.

We can't know if you are pregnant. This cannot be diagnosed by symptoms alone. You probably are not pregnant given the negative test results but you should go somewhere for a blood test for pregnancy, which is more sensitive. If you are in the US you can go to your local branch of planned parenthood, which will provide you with a pregnancy test, family planning education and advice and birth control that is medically appropriate for you.
